Gina is a member of The Florida Chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and participates in LARAS and NARAS as an Associate Producer. She is involved in charities such as: Music Cares, Safe haven for Newborns and the SPCA for abused and neglected horses and additionally has been the recipient of “Best Midday Show” nominee for The March of Dimes twice. Gina’s Brazilian Love Jazz show was nominated as “Best Original Show” in the New Times for two years. She has additionally received several awards for her work within her community.

From national and international television clients to a wide spectrum of local and national advertising clients, Gina Martell’s mellow voice has been heard worldwide.
For almost twenty years, Gina was the daytime voice of smooth jazz in South Florida on Clear Channel’s WLVE-FM, 93.9. She also hosted a Brazilian jazz program on Jazziz Radio for JAZZIZ Magazine, in addition to several TV appearances.
